I was told to put in my tea or coffee and mix with a frother. The key was using a heavy cream. I went a little spin crazy and got a nice whip that had a nice body that kept it’s shape. Fun projects but i prefer to directly drop under my tongue for almost instant sublingual effects.

This was truly a turn around point in my cannabis career. I think I found something that really works for me and my body since it is finally at enough strength to do something for me.
