warring will burn inside your mouth I had to get used to that and pause in between sprays other than that I do like the product it does help with calming! I wish it was a bit more cheaper in price as this spray only lasted me a week if it comes on sale again I will make sure to buy 2.

I personally really like a strong minty taste so I was pleased that they didn’t come with a wimpy amount of mint. Burns a bit right on the tongue. Works well and is discreet.

It’s a bit hot, but the mint lingers nicely in your throat for a while. Avoid spraying directly on the middle of your tongue — that could burn a bit!

Works well for me and is pretty fast acting. The taste is a powerful (and hot!) mint. The only thing I don’t enjoy about this is how hot it is. I have to pause between sprays so I don’t burn my mouth.
