Better than expected. There’s a few stems here and there, but there was so much flower. I mix it with Cinex to help spread my weed out, but I bought another O for making butter. Great deal!

Its shake. End of story. You’re not going to receive AAAAA+ nugs from a 50$ pack. It’s great for edibles, but I wouldn’t recommend smoking this stuff, personally. No seeds, and barely any stems though, so that was cool.
