With other gummies, I’ve found a 10mg dose to be good for me, so I figured that at 25mg per gummy, half a gummy worm should be more than enough, but I just don’t get much out of these. Instead, I usually take half a gummy and then vape a bit of herb. That way, I can get a small buzz going to stop my mind from racing so I can fall asleep, and then the dose from the gummy worm helps me stay asleep through the night.
