Recommended Dose:
1000mg CBD tincture in 50ml – Shake well. Ingest orally 1 full dropper, taken 1-2 times per day, preferably with food.

This is only my second bottle of cbd oil, and I expected it to be dark green like my first, but this is clear and fairly flavourless. I take it during the day, and a thc blend at night, and I feel it is helping with anxiety.
