Bought this for energy, pain control, & as a muscle relaxant, works great but I have a high tolerance & 5-6 MLS is 1 dose for me. I take it sublingually & I start to feel the effects 45-2 hrs later. (depending If I eat fat with it) My only complaint would be wish the high would last longer, it gets expensive.
